This hotel was great and everything was very good. The double room overlooked sea. An electric kettle, central heating and an ironing set were a bonus. The property's position was perfect and nice, really close to the shopping centre of st Annes, local shops and services, and nice restaurants and pubs. I ate in the beach restaurant nearby.
